Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: today. We want every booking to feel calm from start to finish. The lines below explain how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work for sessions, workshops and longer programs.
1. Trial sessions
If you book a single Quiet Hour and let us know at least three working days before the agreed date, we are happy to reschedule at no cost or to refund the full amount. Inside the three-day window, a fifty per cent refund applies, or a free reschedule within ninety days.
2. Monthly programs
For our Monthly Rhythm package, you may cancel before the first session and receive a full refund. Once the first session has taken place, refunds are calculated pro rata for the remaining unused sessions, minus a small administrative fee equal to ten per cent of the total amount.
3. Quarterly programs
The Resilience Quarter is designed as a continuous twelve-week journey. Cancellations made before week three are refunded pro rata. After week three, we offer a credit equal to the unused portion that can be used for other studio services within the following twelve months, rather than a cash refund.
4. Reschedules
Life happens. If a meeting collides with a scheduled session, you can move it to another date at no cost as long as you let us know at least twenty-four hours in advance. Inside the twenty-four-hour window, a single free reschedule per quarter is offered as a courtesy.
5. Sessions cancelled by the studio
If we cannot deliver a session for any reason on our side, you will receive either a full refund for that session or a free replacement at a time that suits your team. You will never lose money because of a change we make.
6. How to request a refund
Please write to office@trustyrflexibili.world with the booking reference, the date of the session and a short note about the reason for the request. We aim to confirm within two working days and to process the refund within ten working days using the original payment method.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country. If a mandatory rule offers you more protection than the lines above, that rule applies.
